Regular football for boys & girls. We currently run squads for players from Under 6 to Under 16 who are registered with the Arun & Chichester Youth Football League (ACYFL). Some age groups we run more than one squad. We provide matches for all ages groups with the exception of the Under 6s who under the Charter Standard are not permitted to play matches. Lancing Rangers is affiliated to the Sussex FA. Each squad is also provided with the necessary match & training equipment, first aid kit & for matches shorts & shirts.

The Club also provides coaching courses for it's Managers and assistants & require all our Managers to have a minimum of Level 1 in Coaching Football which includes in it Child Protection and a certificated Emergency aid course which is valid for three years.

Each player must be registered with the club so that they are covered for insurance purposes & to be registered with their respective football leagues. Managers must retain copies of the registration forms as they not only have names & addresses but more importantly their medical information. This could be critical in an emergency. The forms must be signed by the Parents & guardians for players who have yet to reach 18.

Every four to six weeks the club provides every member with a copy of the latest addition of the fanzine - The Ranger.

Throughout the year the club run regular social events such as Race Nights, Sponsored walks and trips.
